- Drew
Marshall, PMP |

Andrew
C. Marshall (Drew) is a Partner, Chief Innovation Officer
with Kepner-Tregoe, Inc. His focus is to ensure the
successful implementation of Kepner-Tregoe's corporate
strategy and to manage the consistent recruitment, development,
career path and retention of the firm's best possible
human resources on a global basis. Drew's client work
has focused on designing and implementing project management
systems that support the implementation of organizational
strategy. Other areas of focus include: analyzing organizational
processes and subsequent change management, designing
systems of organizational communication, facilitating
issue resolution, and transferring critical thinking
skills in client organizations. Drew has worked with
such clients as: the Port of Seattle, Unified Port District
of San Diego, Cisco, Microsoft, Sun Microsystems, HP,
Boston Scientific, and Bayer AG among others. Prior
to joining Kepner-Tregoe, Drew spent five years in the
software industry with Adobe Systems, Inc., where he
held a variety of positions including: manager of support
operations, training and systems manager for North American
Customer Services, and senior project manager. His work
covered support and services in call center and electronic
support environments and included the implementation
of SAP and other customer relationship management technologies.
Drew received his bachelor of arts and graduate diploma
of education from the University of Western Sydney in
Australia. He holds a master of arts in whole systems
design from Antioch University in Seattle, Washington.

Kim
Johnson has over 15 years of experience within the
new product development and project management area,
much of it with 3M and a short stint with Medtronic
as a Product Development Manager. She is now in the
contracting and consulting world and has consulted
with 3M, Smiths Medical , Taylor Corporation, Acist
Medical, International Masters Publishers and others.
Kim is a frequent presenter at many professional organizations
such as PMI, PDMA, Innovation Network, ACA and other
corporations that have a passion for new product development.
Kim is also a certified New Product Development Professional
(NPDP) as well as a certified Project Management Professional
(PMP) and has held numerous leadership roles in both
organizations both at the local and National level.
She currently is the Past Chair of the New Product
SIG of PMI, Project Manager for Alliances & Partnerships
with Minnesota PMI, Director at Large for Minnesota
PDMA, and Board Member of the Minnesota Facilitators
Network.

James
Davis is an independent management consultant based
in Perth, Western Australia. Through his practice,
Leighton Davis Consulting, James has worked with a
number of large corporations and SMEs in the areas
of project and program management, business process
management, strategic planning and operational improvement.
James
holds a Masters degree in Business from the University
of Notre Dame, Australia, certification in PRINCE2
and Lean Six Sigma, and is an accredited former
business journalist and magazine editor.
James
is a member of the Project Management Institute
(and the Western Australian Chapter), the Australian
Institute of Project Management, and the Institute
of Management Consultants.

Paul
Edward is the President of Aquilus Enterprises, a California,
USA-based consulting firm that specializes in working
with law enforcement, fire service, corrections, and
other public service agencies in the areas of leadership
development, communications, and project management.
Before founding Aquilus Enterprises, Paul served in
senior management positions at Washington Mutual, where
he was responsible for the management of several complex
projects, including a clearing firm and imaging systems
conversion for Washington Mutual’s investment company,
WMFS.
Paul is an award-winning writer and experienced public
speaker. He is the author of Moving Forward: Turning
Good Intentions Into Great Results by Discovering Yourself,
Your Place, & Your Path. Paul received his BS
from the University of Southern California and his MA
in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. |

Lara
Chabina-Crowe, PMP is a visionary with an entrepreneur's
approach. Her current companies represent her ability
to recognize a need and her inventive way to create
an opportunity to meet it.
After
20 years in the international travel industry - 10
specialized in the commercial airline sector - Lara
identified a lack for efficient project management
targeted to meet the specific needs of the travel
and tourism business. She launched Projects by Lara
Inc in 2004 and airlines quickly contracted her services.
In 2007, Lara expanded her project management group
by creating Global PM Group (www.globalpmgroup.com)
specifically to provide project management services
for the international travel and airline industry
while Project by Lara Inc catered to clients of other
sectors.

Krahn, Ph.D., PMP |

Dr.
Mark Krahn is a Consultant with Revay & Associates
Ltd, the largest construction claims and risk management
consulting firm in Canada. Mark works out of Revay’s
Calgary, Alberta office and consults on various energy-related
projects. In addition to consulting with Revay, Mark
is also an instructor at both the University of Calgary
and Mount Royal College, teaching project management
and Project Management Professional (PMP) preparation
courses. Mark holds a Ph.D. in chemistry and has several
years of experience in leading and consulting on projects
in research and development (R&D) and innovation
within the energy sector. Mark was formerly General
Manager of a small engineering consulting firm in Calgary
and led projects for government, academia and industrial
clients. He has significant experience specifically
in project planning, risk management and training. He
has authored 16 academic publications, has 12 conference
contributions and is a contributor to the PMBoK 4th
edition.

Dennis
Baldwin is a Senior Project Manager with Solbourne,
a Colorado based enterprise solutions consulting firm.
He is a Professional Project Manager (PMP) with over
sixteen years of experience in project management, systems
lifecycle development, and software implementations
for the commercial, government and higher education
sectors. Bringing over 20 years experience in accounting
and financial accounting management, Dennis is also
experienced in practice management, providing technical
direction, process reengineering and organizational
change. In 1999, Dennis won the prestigious Oracle Leadership
2000 award. Dennis received a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Accounting from the University of South Florida,
an M.B.A. in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern
University, and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from
Nova Southeastern University. |

Management
from Colorado Technical University and am currently
completing a Masters in Psychology from Walden University
School of Psychology with ambitions of some day completing
a PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology. Through out
my career I have worked extensively in Manhattan and
other business hubs throughout the United States and
Canada. As an independent project manager I have consulted
overseas for 14 years managing national and international
teams; I am currently consulting through Computer
Aid Inc. at Educational Testing Services in Princeton,
NJ. I have experience addressing multiple projects
simultaneously in multiple industries covering a variety
of business functions and managing projects using
geographically disbursed international project teams.
I have managed the creation and implementation of
strategic projects and IT Strategies involving the
performance of business analysis and process reengineering.

Currently
an independent project management consultant based in
the UK, Deborah has successfully implemented a wide
variety of complex global initiatives. Her focus has
been on large scale change and HRD projects across a
wide range of business sectors. Cross-culturally adept
with onsite work experience in over 20 countries throughout
Asia, Europe, and North America, Deborah earned a Masters
in Corporate Training and Development at Northwestern
University and is an experienced Human Resource Development/Training
Consultant skilled in assessing needs, linking people
to strategy and managing change to improve performance
and instilling best practice project management practices
at corporate clients such as Ameritech, GlaxoSmithKline,
Royal Bank of Scotland, Starwood Hotels, and United
Airlines. She has also worked as project management
consultant in the public sector with the BBC and Royal
Geographical Society in London and has applied her recently
acquired MA in Islamic Art and Archeology to a large
historic preservation project (a 26 acre 16th century
imperial burial garden) as project consultant for the
Aga Khan Trust for Culture in Kabul Afghanistan. From
Fortune 500 to 500 year old gardens, Deborah hopes she
can bring to the Consulting SIG board the multiple perspectives
of her varied international experience as a project
management consultant. |
