Session Monitors Needed for
PMI® Global Congress EMEA
May 8-10, 2006 · Hotel Meliá Castilla, Madrid, Spain

Are you planning to attend the PMI® Global Congress in Spain? Please consider volunteering to serve as a Session Monitor. The duties of a Session Monitor include:

  • introducing the speaker(s)
  • assisting the speakers with the audience microphone
  • distributing and collecting session evaluation forms
  • notifying onsite staff if a problem arises in the meeting room
  • keeping the speaker(s) on track with color coded "10/5/0 minutes left" signs

For your participation, you will be able to say a few words at the start of the session, endorsing the Consulting SIG (don't panic, we'll provide the script for you!).

Note: If you volunteer and are unable to monitor a session, you will be responsible for finding an alternate to serve in that capacity.

Volunteer Today!

Please contact the Consulting SIG Administrator at administrator@consultingsig.org to let us know if you are interested in volunteering. Please indicate the session(s) you would like to monitor. An Event Guide
is available for download from the Consulting SIG web site. Volunteers needed by April 24!
